Question: What are your hours of operation?

Answer: Operating hours Monday – Friday between the hours of 8:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.Phone consultations to discuss event related details are available weekdays between the hours of 10:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. – 7:30 p.m. Scheduled telephone consultations can be pre-arranged according to your needs. Please note that limitations are not implemented in times of emergencies.

Question: What if there is an emergency and I need to speak with someone after operating hours?

Answer: Client will have access to their contracted planner’s mobile number only to be used to discuss a wedding-related emergency or issue that cannot wait until office hours.

Question: What is your response time on emails and research questions?

Answer: Emails will be returned approximately 24 – 48 hours of receiving. If we are researching specific answers to your questions, we will respond as soon as we’ve obtained this information.

Question: Can I schedule an event on a national holiday?

Answer: If your event falls on a national holiday, or if any of your requests require “rush” services, additional charges will apply.

Question: What if my wedding party is larger than 200, are there additional fees?

Answer: Additional assistant Day-of Wedding Coordinators are required for select venues, larger weddings and multiple location weddings, and will be billed at $200 for each assistant needed.

Question: What if my event is located outside of Duval, are there additional fees?

Answer: Travel fees and expenses may apply for selected venues out of Duval, Clay, Baker, Nassau and St.John’s County. These may include accommodation expenses, travel and toll expenses or a combination of all.These charges will be discussed and applied accordingly.

Question: Does “Striking Impressions” except commission/kickbacks from Vendors?

Answer: No. Striking Impressions “DOES NOT” except commission/ kickbacks from vendors.Our request is that vendors return discounts (if any) back to our customers, and that’s a promise.
